GeoTargetConstantSuggestion difference between AdWords and GoogleAds

Hello,
I am getting GeoTargetConstantSuggestion from GoogleAds API. The problem is that comparing the results with the AdWords API there are results present GoogleAds API that are not present in AdWords API and viceversa. For example, in case the search term is "Nashville" limiting to 10 values, the ids returned are:

To investigate the issue, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs or report definition that you've used in AdWords API to get the specified information?

Please also provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end for the GeoTargetConstantSuggestion.
