Hi,
As long as you redact any confidential information like developer token, OAuth credentials etc., it is fine to share the SOAP logs. It is ok to leave the object IDs such as campaign ID, ad group ID etc. in your SOAP logs while sharing. Our guidelines for sharing the SOAP logs on the AdWords API forum might be helpful for you.
