URL_List support for DSA Pagefeed

Hello,

I create a page feed and feed items using the sample here

It seems that I can create multiple pageurls for the same custom label. However when i download  them and upload the file as a pagefeed file, the Adwrords UI is not able to parse them and reports Invalid Url. For the feeditems created rom the API, I see them as disapproved, Destination not working, even though these point to valid pages. 

My question is, is URL_LIST a valid attribute type for PageUrl and why is this not supported in the Pagefeed file?
