ImageError.ASPECT_RATIO_NOT_ALLOWED

I'm trying to upload an image, but it's not possible.

The error is: '[ImageError.ASPECT_RATIO_NOT_ALLOWED @ operations[0].operand.ad.marketingImage.mediaId]' .

How do we resolve this issue?

Hi Irene,

As the error suggests, the aspect ratio of the image being uploaded in not allowed in AdWords. Please see this article for the size and dimension specifications of images you can upload. If the aspect ratio of the image in your request is supported, please enable logging and send over the SOAP request and response logs so I can take a look.
