ad extension is approved on Adword UI but it is disapproved from Google Ads API

Hi Folks,

we have a report which is built by google API.

it shows some customers account have disapproved ad extension.

When we login our management account to see if we can appeal it, they are approved status on AdWord UI.

Could you help us to check why it happen?

as example: Call - Customer_180387220_225399883694987 - Google Ads
