BatchJobs don't finish, progress stats remain all 0

Hello,

since about 8 hours we observe that our BatchJobs (Criteria bids and Adgroup bid modifiers) don't finish for a longer time and we have to abort them.

Their progress stats are all 0.

Does anyone else have this problem?

For the Adwords team:

Could I please get your SOAP Request and Response logs for where you experience these long wait times? For your convenience, please also follow these best practices for batch processing so that you can encounter shorter processing times. Let me know if you have further questions.
