Could you confirm if the information that you want to retrieve can be seen in the Google Ads UI or in other platforms? It will be helpful if you can provide sample screenshots of the UI that you want to retrieve so that our team can check if it is possible using Google Ads API.

Thanks for sharing the UI screenshot privately.

Since you're referring to Shopping details, you can retrieve product related information from these available reports (shopping_performance_view and the product_groups_view). Unfortunately, the product status information isn't included on those available reports. That said, allow me to raise a feature request for this; however, this doesn't guarantee if this will be supported in the API soon. What you can do for now is to keep an eye to our blog for updates and new releases.
