Thank you for reaching out, the CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE indicates that your account may have not been generating spend for a significant period and was marked as inactive or
cancelled.
Using the APIs services would not be possible however, could you provide more details on how you are querying the stats? Are you using the API's reports? You may also send the complete query or request and response logs, along with your customer ID so I can further investigate. You may send the requested details using the
Reply privately to author option.
In addition, if you wish to continue using the API's services and manage your Google Ads account, you will need to reactivate your account as discussed
here.
