Audience Sources : Google Ads Tag : Parameter Key and Values via API

Hi All,

In the AdWords UI, when navigating to the Audience manager and specifically the Audience sources > Google Ads tag section, is it possible to pull through the Ads API the parameters and then the key and value pairs?

Screenshots attached. 

From the screenshots is it possible to query the Ads API to get a value of "Four Slice Deluxe Toaster" when iterating over the "name" keys for the Google Ads tag?

Thank you for your email.

In the Google Ads API, audience or userlist information are generally retrieved via either the UserList object through the UserListService, or via the campaign audience view, ad group audience view, and userlist views in the reports.

However, if you are referring to the Google Ads tag for remarketing as discussed here, then I'm afraid that this is setup only in the UI and is not available via the API.

Hi Peter,

Just wanted to confirm a few things:

At line 114 of that example code it reference a string value of "ecomm_pagetype" and line 118 references "checkout"

In my example from the screenshots I would want to substitute "name" and "2 Gallon Deluxe Blender".

Is it possible to get "name" and "2 Gallon Deluxe Blender" from the Ads API? 

It sounds like you're saying no, but I wanted to confirm that.

Thanks for the reply. I work with Peter and let me provide support to your concern.

I am afraid that it is currently not possible to get the Google Ads Tag parameter key and values that you've shown on the screenshot to supply it on line of code that you mentioned. With this, let me raise a feature request to my team and please note that this will subject for review by our team.

For the meantime, I would suggest to follow our blog as we will post any news or updates here about Google Ads API/AdWords API including the Google Ads Tag parameter key and values.
