Can you push/upload data from Google Sheets to AdWords through the API?

Is it possible to push data to AdWords through the API from a spreadsheet in Google Sheets? My organization has a lot of clients and we update campaign daily budgets for each client 3x per week, so the time adds up. We already have a sheet that calculates what the daily budget should be based on monthly budget and current monthly spend, so I'm hoping the API has the capability to push that information straight to AdWords so we don't have to continue manually inputting daily budgets. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, this is not possible via AdWords API. However, there is good news! You can use AdWords Scripts to achieve this goal. For more details, I would suggest posting your query on the AdWords Scripts Forum.
