Need Advice: No Response on Standard Access Application.

Hello,

I'm reaching out for some advice regarding an ongoing issue. About a month ago, I submitted a form for Standard Access and have engaged in multiple discussions under compliance ticket ID 9-2524000036525, explaining why our tool should not be governed by the RMF policy.

Our tool offers specialized, limited functionality and is not capable of creating, managing, or modifying campaigns, ad groups, or ads. Given its capabilities, we believe it does not qualify as a "full-service tool" as outlined in the guidelines.

Despite multiple communications, we haven't received a clear response (After our last email, sent more than a week ago, we have not received reply at all) from the compliance team. Has anyone experienced similar issues? How to mangae to get a response? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We are blocked from servicing our existing customers and onboarding new customers due to this delay.
Is there any chance you can provide an update on the status of this?
