Feed items per account limit include removed status?

Hi,

Does the 'Feed items per account limit' of 400,000 include products in a feed that have a 'removed' status? Or is in only enabled products that count towards the 400,000 limit? (related error code: EntityCountLimitExceeded.ACCOUNT_LIMIT)
