Can you please clarify what you meant with "in the form of API"? If you're just trying to use Google Ads API and you're trying to get the accounts under a manager account, then you can refer to this link for a sample code on how to retrieve the account hierarchy. Let me know how it goes. If you encounter any issue, please provide a summary as well as the complete request and response logs with request ID so I can further investigate.
