Youtube ADs data - No API and now a change to emails?

Hi,

We provide marketing dashboards for a number of agencies and have a few clients that also serve Youtube ads via Adwords. As there is still no data for this activity via the API, we have scheduled emails set up to receive the data. However, over the weekend a change seems to have been made which now requires a login in order to access the scheduled file which causes us problems as we cannot automate the login. Can someone please advise if this is a permanent switch, is there a way to opt out? Also, are there still no plans to include Youtube ad data in the API?

Hello,

Please check with the general AdWords support as the API was not used for these reports.

AdWords API doesn't support AdWords for Video campaigns at the moment, unfortunately.

Hi Max, I have the same problem, did you come up with a solution ?, no far I had no solution from Google
I'm rather dejected to implement google-login for downlaoding the csv file.

Hi Francesco - unfortunately we have not found any solutions - we are currently manually downloading the files and the uploading them - really not great. It seems there are no plans to add youtube data to the API and the login is here to stay

Any luck?  Haven't had success implementing any kind of automated system.
