Hi Team,

We are developing our application feature using Google Ads API. We are looking to retrieve the Affinity and In-market categories, their potential Reach / Reach Estimate.

How can we fetch the potential reach of audience in India, based on Affinity and in-market categories, through any API ?

Hi Pulkit,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You may check this documentation to see the CampaignCriterionService and AdGroupCriterionService support targeting or excluding various types of criteria in the Google Ads API.

On the other hand, could you confirm if you are referring to "audience types" (which include similar, custom, in-market, and affinity), which are now referred to as audience segment types, as you can see in this article? If yes, then I'm afraid that audience segment type is not yet supported in the API. Fortunately, our team has already raised a feature request for this field to be supported in the API. In addition, please note that this is still subject to review, and what we can do is advise you to keep an eye on our blog posts and release notes for the updates and releases.

However, if this is not what you are looking for, then we would need your help in providing us with the entire UI screenshot where you can see the data you want to retrieve in the API so that our team can further check this and provide an appropriate recommendation to you.

Best regards,
