-Kindly note that if the sending request in the API doesn’t have any errors in the response, then I could confirm that the request was successful. On the other hand, since you are asking about if there are any causing problems in sending one at a time, I can say that it’s not a problem, but it may just affect the expected time it will be populated. Please note that Customer Match has considerations. I would strongly recommend you may check this
documentation for more detailed information. This consideration will also state that it takes 6 to 48 hours for a list to be populated with members, so you'll most likely
see an "In Progress" status (on the Google Ads UI) if you upload to an audience list
more frequently than once every 12 hours.
