Issue with Positive Adjustment Values

Hi,

How is it possible that I have positive conversions in my adjustments:

results {

  metrics {

    all_conversions_value: -180860.03920669

    all_conversions: 11

  }

  segments {

    conversion_action_name: "AS - Enhanced Purchase"

    conversion_adjustment: true

    month: "2023-12-01"

  }

}

The only actions I am making to the account are RESTATE and REDACT.

If you are facing any issues while using positive conversions via the Google Ads API, I would kindly request that you provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) along with the uncropped UI screenshot generated at your end to better assist you on this request. 

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
