No response from Ads API Basic Access

Hi Support Team

More than two weeks have passed since I submitted my application for Basic Access to the Google Ads API, and I have not heard anything. Today I submitted another application but I haven't heard anything back. Is there anyone that can help with this?

For your reference, the Account, Manager, and Case IDs are as follows:

MCC ID for Google Ads: 177-776-9554
1st Case ID for Application: 8-5654000034342
2st Case ID for Application  : 8-0029000035837

Hi Support team, I've made a few applications through the last weeks, but no response was sent to me, also, I've sent a few applications but never received any Case Id.

- MCC ID for Google Ads: 551-077-6514

- Cases ID: User says that they did not have the case ID

To avoid multiple threads on the same issue, please take a look at that thread and continue the discussion on the same for further updates on the issue.
