How to set Targeting location in Google ads API ?

I am creating a campaign or ad in google ads, I would like to set the Targeting location In API, how can I set the location, and what value I need to set in my select options,

for example

<option value="what value i want pass here ">Chennai</option>

<option value=" ">India</option>  

</select>

Thank you for reaching out. Please refer to this guide and sample code on how to set the location targeting via the AdWords API. Your select options are not related to the AdWords API/Google Ads API. Instead, they are related to the frontend.
