Basic API Access Token - 20 days no response

Hi Support Team, 

I applied for Google Ads API access back in Jan 24th and Feb 3rd and 6th. I've received no email response to any of the requests. My Google rep couldn't provide any guidance. Can you please help escalate the case as this is a critical need for our product/client services.

I just reapplied again and it didn't provide any case id, just the screenshot below
