I am looking to see if there is a way via the Google Ads API to check whether there is an error in billing. I have looked through this section of the documentation:

This seems to deal with billing setup, invoices and account budgets but I can't see a way to find out the status of billing (for example a payment failed or the card expired).
The use case is to detect when an account might not serve ads due to billing setup.
Any help appreciated.
