• If using the AdWords API
  • complete SOAP logs (request and response with requestId)
• If using the Google Ads API
  • complete logs (request and response with request-id)

In the Google Ads API, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. If you are using the AdWords API, you can enable logging by referring to the client libraries' respective Github documentation.
