I use .NET SDK batch jobs to create ads, and often encounter PolicyViolationError exception.
In the prompt of this exception, it says: "See PolicyViolationDetails for more detail."
Although GoogleAdsError.Details contains the PolicyViolationDetails property, why is it always null?

I want to know PolicyViolationDetails, so that I can effectively avoid such exceptions from happening again.
But I can't get PolicyViolationDetails now, so I can't avoid such exceptions.

So how can I read the PolicyViolationDetails, to avoid such exceptions happening again?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Upon checking the provided screenshot, I understand that you are encountering a POLICY_ERROR while trying to create ads in your account using the Google Ads API. In order to assist your issue further, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides .Net to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.

This message is in relation to case "ref:!00D1U01174p.!5004Q02vES5Y:ref" (ADR-00260719)

Thanks,
