how to get keyword volume?

hello, My name is Irina and my team build content generator tool, we have a manager account but a can`t find an AdWords API Center 
can someone help me to apply for adwords api token

Hi Irina,

If you can't see the AdWords API Center, try to navigate to Settings icon   -> Return to Previous AdWords -> Click the gear icon  -> Account settings then select AdWords API Center from the left menu of the screen. Then, you may follow the next step in the sign up guide and request for basic access by filling up and submitting this form. The AdWords Compliance Team should contact you within 2 business days for its status.

The next step would be to generate your OAuth2 credentials and download a client library. Once your setup has been completed and basic access has been approved, you may then be able to make calls using your production account. Feel free to write back to me for anything you may need to clarify about the guides.
