Google Ad API: Prepare for verification

Hi support,

I want to know that we have a web portal, which is having the functionality of create/updating the google ads from the portal directly to the main(single) google ads account. For that we don't need have OAUTH consent screen for all users as all manipulation is happening on the google account from which our google app is created.

But my app is still pending because we are using the senstive scope "Google adwords".

What can I do so that.

Google needs below data, video is fine but as we don't have Oauth screen what can I do tho make this app publish.

• Video is accessible to our team (an unlisted YouTube link or Google Drive file link)
• OAuth Consent Screen is in English.
• OAuth Consent Screen shows the App Name.
• URL bar of the OAuth Consent Screen fully displays the Client ID in your project which contains the project_number (This is not required for native Android and iOS apps).
• Video shows the OAuth grant process that users will go through including the Google sign-in button which is used to launch OAuth. 
• Video shows how the data will be used by showing functionality for each sensitive and restricted scope you've requested.
• Video shows how data is accessed on each OAuth client.
