We applied for basic access a few weeks ago, but there has been no reply. Is there a problem with the API application? It says it normally takes on 3-5 business days and it's been over two weeks.

Our Google Ads Manager account (MCC) Id is  985-144-7179
I did not receive a case ID. All it said after I submitted was thank you for your submission, etc.
