Client is waiting for API token for a long time

Hey,

I'm a Google Ads sales rep. My client, Resident Home, filed a request for an API token a while ago, and still did not hear back. They've also filed the compliance team contact form, again not hearing back.

How can I get info about the status of their request? And is there a way of expediting its handling?

My client's MCC ID is: 250301437

Thank you for posting your concern.

I am afraid that developer token will not be approved right after requesting it. The compliance team will review your request first and their team usually reply within 2 business days.

In an event that you haven't receive any updates from the Compliance team, please try to reach out againto them via this form. Our team doesn't have visibility to the status of the production developer token you've requested. Also, please keep an eye on the email address that you've used in the request as the Compliance team will reach out to you there.
