All mutate operations, such as creation, status updates, and data conversions, have been experiencing delays since 1:00 AM.
This has severely affected our business. Could you please help investigate the specific reasons?
And please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Note that there was a known issue at our end (Google Ads Status Dashboard) that is causing high latency while working with Google Ads and it has been mitigated. Could you please try making the API calls again and let us know if you're still encountering any issues?

Thanks,

Hi,

I understand that you are still seeing the same issues while submitting Google Click conversions. Note that the issue which was reported has been already resolved from our end. As you are saying that you are still facing issues we need to have all the details regarding your issues to further assist you better. In order to investigate your issue further, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end and uncropped UI screenshot of the Google Ads account by highlighting the conversion actions ID for which you are trying to upload the conversions.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.

Regards,
Google Ads API Team.
