I inquire about billing API related issues:

I have an advertising account and I am disconnected from my mcc connection. Can I still use the Budget Order Service to manage payment information?

Thanks for reaching out. With regards to your concern, Yes you can not use an advertising account for  the Budget Order Service to manage payment information. You should use only whitelisted Google Ads manager accounts.

My API interface is whitelisted. I want to explain my scenario:

1. We create advertising accounts and set budget orders through api

2. Join, my advertising account is disconnected from my mcc account

PS: I want to ask here, can I still operate the budget order of this account through api? For example, I want to remove his budget order settings

Hi Sky,

Thanks for reaching out. With regards to your concern,  you can change and edit budget info via API. But you needs to have a whitelisted MCC account that is linked to your account to make the changes. You can't just make changes just cause you used to have a whitelisted MCC account that is not connected anymore.
