Empty Labels resource response

Hi Google Ads API team!

I wanted to check if there could be a reason why https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v13/label resource response could be empty? 

It works perfectly for lot's of accounts we serve. 

But for one of accounts client sees Campaign label in UI, but labels query return empty result:

Will be happy to provide details in private message if needed!

Please help to troubleshoot.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API Support.

Can you please provide us with the complete request and response logs with request ID generated as shown in the respective links, so we can check on our end the errors being thrown? Also can you provide us with an uncropped screenshot of the whole page of the Campaign label that your client sees in the UI?

If you haven't enabled logging yet, it can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag. 

You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
