I have been going back and forth with the adwords department. They keep telling me that a supervisor will be calling me back about my issue. Somehow, 1 of my ads were being ran twice. (The same ad) I was charged double. Now that I am asking for my $ to be refunded I am getting the run around. This has been going on for several weeks now.
