Thank you for reaching out. The campaign in account 207-087-8398 is the App Campaign. The ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT is not one of the available resorts to be queried for App Campaigns in the AdWords API. Please see the list of available reports for App Campaigns in the AdWords API.

Thank you for the reply.

Upon checking your account, I can see that you have one campaign created here. The type of this campaign is "App" while the sub-type is "App pre-registration". Unfortunately, the campaign with sub-type "App pre-registration" is currently not supported in AdWords API and this the possible reason why you've generated an empty report.

Thank you for reaching out. The "App pre-registration" campaign might not be supported by the Google Ads API either. Please give it a try if you could retrieve data from the campaign resource.
