Cannot change Company Type in Adwords API Center

As you can see, it's not possible for me to change my Company type, and every time I contact customer service, they reply with the same automated answer:

If you would like to update your company type, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your AdWords My Client Center Account and click the Settings gear in the top-right.
2. From the drop-down, select 'Account Settings'.
3. Select 'AdWords API Center' from the navigation tab on the left.
4. In the section containing your Developer Details, click 'Edit'.

Do you know if this company type can be changed somewhere else? It was set to that by mistake and now I cannot submit an API access form without the correct company name.
