UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR when calling LabelService or SharedSetService

Hi, Adwords API team,

in the last few days, we have seen quite a few UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR when calling LabelService or SharedSetService.  Wonder if there is any ongoign issue for these two service? thanks. 

The latest one is:

Time: around  2017-12-06 07:58:24.2027972 (UTC)

Service: Label Service

GoogleCustomerId: 9215803799

Could you please help take a look?

Hi Jianbo, 

We are not aware of any known issues except the issue with Labels posted on this thread. Could you please enable logging and share the SOAP request and response logs for both the services? Please use reply privately to author while sharing the logs.
