Hi Alex,

So I can further investigate, could you provide to me the complete SOAP request and response logs that were generated when you used the AdGroupCriterionService.get() method to retrieve your ProductPartition criteria? You may reply using the Reply privately to author option.

It seems that the same criterion (same id) can be returned with different parentCriterionId values.

Example Tree Result

• Criterion#1000: Brand = Foo
• Criterion#1001: Category = Bar
• Criterion#2000: Brand = Foo
• Criterion#1001: Category = Bar

Both of the leaf nodes (Criterion#1001) are the same criterion but with different parentCriterionId values.

The full path to the criterion is the same for both: Brand = Foo / Category = Bar

What can cause this to happen?

Service: AdGroupCriterionService.get 

Fields:

• AdGroupId
• Id
• ParentCriterionId
• CaseValue
• CpcBid

Predicates:

• "Status" IN [ PAUSED, ENABLED]
• "CriteriaType" EQUALS [ PRODUCT_PARTITION ]
• "CriterionUse" EQUALS [ BIDDABLE ]
