Is API Down? TRANSIENT_ERROR

Starting about 20 mins ago all our API calls are returning TRANSIENT_ERROR.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

We're experiencing the same. Next to this, the UI on ads.google.com doesn't let us log in anymore, it returns 500.
