Standard Access Level Approval Response

Hello Google and Others,

My organization has been in the process of back and forth multi week communication with the Google Ads API Compliance Team, and we were receiving email responses back approximately the next business day. However, the last email we received from Google was 8 days ago. Is the Google Ads API Compliance Team unavailable? This is becoming a significant issue for my organization and our customers due to the increasingly high error rate of the Adwords API that we are trying to replace with the Google Ads API. For our reporting volume we need Standard Access level approval as the Basic Access level daily operations limit  /quota is too low.
