Hi Team,

For couple of our batch applies for standard shopping campaigns (not always, for few applies only), we are seeing GoogleAdsError in the BatchJobResult. And the error message says the trigger is ENABLED_AD_GROUP_CRITERIA_PER_CUSTOMER (nothing else other than that in the errordetails). And also we are unable to find any particular documentation related to allowed adgroup criterion limit per "customer".  Could you please help me by pointing to the right documentation related to the error.

Following is the detailed error we are able to capture:

Since you have encountered resource_count_limit_exceeded_error: RESOURCE_LIMIT error, it means that this request would exceed a limit on the number of allowed resources. The details of which type of limit was exceeded will eventually be returned in ErrorDetails.

For our team to better check it, could you please provide to us privately the complete API logs (request and response with request-id ) so our team can further check it?

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Upon checking, we notice that there are no attached files in this thread. With that being said, could you please try to resend the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com. If you haven't enabled the logging yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.
