Google Ads API geographic_view report Spain issue

Hello!

We advise when we use the specific targeted location for query reports on Spain campaigns we are getting errors grouping by locations, for example:

Autonomous community of Madrid -> 4 impressions
Madrid -> 250,000 impressions.

How is this possible if Madrid is inside the Autonomous Community?

How can we get a report segmented by this type of location (Autonomous Community)

Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.

I understand that you are using specific targeted locations for query reports on Spain campaigns and encountering errors when grouping by locations. To investigate this issue further could you please provide us with the below details:

• MCC ID
• Uncropped UI screenshot of data which you want to retrieve via API 
• Complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that  you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
