Technical Bug Report - Unable to sign up for AdMob account due to internal API error (NullPointerException - UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR)

Hi!

I am unable to sign up to AdMob due to a not-so-explicit error, "An error has occurred. Please try again later" (please find screenshot attached). I have looked into the failing network request and it appears that the `https://apps.admob.com/signup/_/rpc/CreateAccountService/Create?rpcTrackingId=CreateAccountService.Create%3A1&authuser` endpoint is returning 500 Internal Server Error with a screenshot of the stack trace attached.

It appears that my account is causing a null pointer exception under the validateUserCustomer function at line 542. 

Possible causes may have been the creation and cancellation of a AdSense (YouTube) account, creation and cancellation of multiple AdWords accounts, and changing the administrator on AdWords accounts from my current account (the account which originally created the AdWords accounts) to a secondary account.

The reason why I'm posting this here is because I saw that another UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR was fixed very promptly (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/adwords-api/sO9gZ603P04/fPkL9jefqrsJ) in the past. I've also posted this on the AdMob product forum, but I don't think that post will ever reach someone who can actually fix this (related: https://xkcd.com/806/). 

This doesn't seem to be an isoltaed issue either:

If anybody could look into this (and save me from the horrors of XKCD 806!), that would be most appreciated.

Oh - the other reason why I'm posting here is because I don't meet the $25/wk threshold to be able to directly contact someone on the AdMob team (as I don't have an AdMob account!). I spent much of today trying to figure out how I could raise this issue with the correct people so I'm hoping this is the correct place to escape the catch-22.

Hi Kelvin,

My apologies as our team only provide support on issues/concern related to AdWords API. Since AdWords API and AdMob are on very different platform, the UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR error that you encountered in AdMob can't be fixed using the AdWords API solutions. Also, since you've already posted on the Google AdMob Help Forum, I would suggest to kindly wait for their response. You may also check this guide which might help you in your concern.
