J'aimerais savoir si il est possible de aire un script d'activation dune campagne uniquement si un annonceurs est présent ou pas ?

Sorry that I can only respond in English. Unfortunately, there is no way to trigger a campaign to be active based on an advertiser being present or not using AdWords API.
