Hello,
Does the developer_token and refrech_token expire?
If yes is there a way to refresh it in my code? not manually

A developer token, when used correctly, should not expire. However, to confirm this, I would recommend that you reach out to the Compliance Team, via this contact form, for more information on developer token usage and eligibility. Also, you should be able to reset the said token if it was exposed publicly.
As for the refresh token, you should be able to generate this, for example, using the GetRefreshToken.java of the Java client library, and you can refer to this sample guide for Java, for more information as to how.
