Hi,

Thank you for raising this concern to the Google Ads API support team.

Regarding your concern, please note that Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. Meaning, the Google Ads API can retrieve or manage the data you see in the Google Ads UI. Having said that, can you please provide the uncropped screenshot of the Google Ads UI showing the data that you want to retrieve via the Google Ads API so our team can provide the accurate query and guidance to you?

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Regards,

Hi Binu,

With regard to your concern, you may utilize the Campaign Criterion report, then refer to campaign_criterion.gender.type  and campaign_criterion.age_range.type fields for your use case.

Hello Binu,

You may try the below query and let us know if it fits to your use case:
SELECT campaign_criterion.gender.type, campaign_criterion.age_range.type FROM campaign_criterion

You may also utilize our query builder for campaign criterion report should you want further modifications on what you need.

On the other hand, if it does not resolve your concern, kindly provide to us your CID along with screenshots that have indicators of what you are trying to retrieve and we will build a query on our end based on the data you will provide.

Regards,

Binu Mathew

Hello Thank you for quick your response
when a user give a campaign id, it should show campaign details like

name
ctr
cpp
cost
clicks by age group
clicks by gender
clicks by country
total clicks,
total spend,
avg cpc,
conversions,
avg cpm,
avg ctr,
avg cpp
actions
clicks by devices
and list of its adgroups
between a certain dates it should be in monthly and daily

Can you help me to create a query like that?

Hello Binu,

Thank you for responding back to us.

The previous sample we shared to you is to get the gender type and age range based on your screenshot. However, the metrics will not be there as the metrics are not available in campaign criterion report. Now, moving forward to your last response, it appears that what you want would not be possible to retrieve in a single report. This appears to be more of a custom reporting, since some metrics such as clicks by age group, clicks by gender will not be available if you use the campaign reports, but will be available in campaign_audience_view instead.

Thus, for us to be able to assist you accurately with metrics equal value between API and UI, would you be able to share the entire screenshot in the UI (including customer ID) showing all the data you want to retrieve in API? Please do note that the data you want to retrieve in API must exactly match the data you are seeing in UI for this to be possible.

You may send the requested details to us privately via "Reply To Author" option. If that option is not available to you, send it directly to googleadsa...@google.com alias instead and inform us here once done.

Regards,
