HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

I retrieve HTTP Error 403: Forbidden when i try to request CustomerService:

service_client = AdWordsClient(developer_token='%s' % settings.DEVELOPER_TOKEN, oauth2_client=oauth2_client)

customer = service_client.GetService('CustomerService').get()

It was ok until today. Thanks!
