Google Ads API Token no response more than four weeks

Hello,

We submitted a request for basic access to the Google Ads API Token more than four weeks ago through the form at https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/new_token_application. 

Unfortunately, as of today, we have not received any response.

Also, as suggested in this forum, we've filled, an additional form here on November 6 

https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

Still no answer.
