Please note that the final URL and display URL fields are different so requesting for final_urls field using API will not return the value of display URL.

Moving forward, could you confirm if the specific ad in the API response, where display_url did not populate, has value in the UI? If yes, then please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on their end to investigate issue. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.
