MCC change - does it affect my API

Dear Adwords API Forum Users,

we currently have 1 MCC within which we have all our country platforms in separate accounts.

As we are growing, we would like to create a Master MCC within which we would like to have country MCC's within which we would like to have GDN/SEA separated.

The question, does this change the way we get data from adwords?
