Campaign Settings available via API

I am looking to get access to campaign setting data, via the Google Ads API. Specifically, the Target ROAS bid settings, by campaign. Is this currently available via the API?

With regard to your question about "Is this currently available via the API?". Yes you can use the Campaign report type. Then add these attributes target_roas.target_roas, target_roas.cpc_bid_floor_micros, and target_roas.cpc_bid_ceiling_micros. To help you in building your query, I would suggest utilizing the campaign GAQL builder and apply the suggestion that I provided.
