googleads library disappeared

Hi,

 I am trying to access the google adwords from the google cloud using python. I installed the the googleads package  using  the command ....  "sudo pip install googleads " . It installed and worked perfectly fine, But when I login again to google cloud, the package got disappeared. I have to to install the package every time I login to cloud.  is there any way by which i can install them permanently?
