Google Ads API Basic Access token request months ago

Hello,

I've applied for the basic Google Api Acess via form 2 months ago. We applied again multiple times in the following weeks.
Me and my team also submitted two times on the support form. 

We ended up halting Google integration for a month, returning to it only this week.

I don't have any case IDs as I've heard nothing from Google regarding the submission.

My MCC is 987-248-7396.
